When you arrive you will be given a safety briefing and kitted out with a drysuit and boots. The action begins by a speedy trip out of the bay by the RIB. Then it is on to the main event the Zapcat. These twin hulled light weight catamarans, designed originally for surf rescue, are now redesigned for short course offshore powerboat racing. All of the Zapcats are the race ready versions capable of pulling in excess of 2G in a turn; with a power to weight ratio of 340 bhp per tonne, the acceleration is explosive so hang on tight! This experience provides you with almost two hours out on the water on a 10.5m 225HP RIB and a Zapcat. Please note: Showers and changing facilities are available in the marina, please be advised that these are shared premises with other marina users.
What do I get / What happens now?
Upon purchasing this experience, you / the recipient will recieve a brief letter outlining the experience, displayed in an Activity Superstore presentation tin. Once the recipient has opened their gift, simply ring us for the vouchers. The vouchers will then be sent to the recipient along with an information pack and details on how to book your experience.

Fitness
The maximum weight for this activity is 127kg (20 stone). The maximum height is 1.93m (6'4") and the minimum height is 1.47m (4'10"). This is unsuitable for those who are pregnant, have severe neck or back problems, or heart/medical conditions.
Experience
No experience or qualifications are necessary, however non-swimmers should advise their instructor at their safety briefing.
Minimum Age
The minimum age is 16 years old, under 18 year olds require parental consent.
